She is pretty quiet today. That's a good thing. She weights 1 lb 10 oz now.

Today is Keli's birthday so we are having birthday cake in our new living room.

1330 hours (1:30 pm)

Back in the nursery with her. We both got to hold her! And since it was Keli's birthday, she got to hold her without gloves! Oh Keli was happy. She held our little burrito for a while, then I went in and held her a while. I have been wanting to, but the time she was out of her little condo was so small, that I wanted Keli to have that time. But it was getting time for dad to hold her. So he did. Little punkin fit on my forearm from elbow to palm perfect. Then I got to change her diaper for the first time. Had a little help from Keli since she had done it before, and she put the little creme on because i didn't know about that (for diaper rash) and what do you know the diaper weighted 12 grams. 7 of those grams were diaper weight. Yeah I know, TMI, but she's a micro preemie, those things are acceptable. They raised her milk level to 7 ml, and are cutting back on IV nutrients. The further along she gets, they will cut back even more on the iv nutrients and go to total milk.

Before her bath, they inked her feet and made this card. Best birthday card ever.

Our neighbors gave us a blanket to put over her condo to keep it dark for her. If Aubrey is anything like her dad, she will need lots of blankets.
