I actually got to sleep in today, but when I woke up at 6 to pump I had to call and check on Aubrey. She had a really good night--no episodes. She gained some grams but is still at 4lb 6oz.
I was supposed to have my maternity pictures done today. I have a friend who does all kinds of photography (engagements, weddings, etc), and she was going to take some pics for us when I got to about 8 months pregnant. So much for that idea! There were times you couldn't even tell I was pregnant when Aubrey came back in October; I was looking forward to having some cute pictures of Adam and me with my big belly. Oh well. Guess I'll take some extra pictures of Aubrey today seeing as how she wanted to be here for them.

Aubrey had a good afternoon...I think the nurse said she managed to have one episode. We held her for a long time and watched her make faces and then sleep like a log. The renitidine (a.k.a. Zantac) really seems to be helping--she is gagging and de-satting a whole lot less than before. They changed her oxygen today. It was a heated high-flow at 3 liters before; that means air was flowing into her nose with a little force behind it along with some humidity to keep her nasal passages from drying out. Having the humidity also meant that water would get shot from the tube into her nose every once in a while. Now they have taken the heated high flow off and just left the oxygen itself on. They can still turn it up to give her more if she has a big de-sat or an episode, but this is the next step to weaning her off of the oxygen completely. She was holding her oxygen saturation up high when we left, so hopefully she'll do ok on it. They upped her feedings again to keep the amount in balance with her weight gain.
